What are the general guidelines for facility rental??

The primary mission of the organization is to collect, exhibit, and educate people about Kenosha County history. Priority use of our buildings and grounds will be for programs and activities that support our mission. The History Center will make the following areas available for rental by individuals, groups and organizations when the events do not conflict with our programming.

    Lighthouse Grounds and Gardens
    Lighthouse Keeper's Dwelling


The History Center reserves the right to review and approve, or disapprove, all activities to ensure that they are in agreement with our goals and objectives of the organization and its standards. Due to space limitations or staffing conflicts, we may not be able to accomodate your rental request.

What items are prohibited at the History Center and Southport Light Station Museum?
